Terms of use

You are not accessing this site to gain information to use against the website operators, its affiliates or any other person or entity in any conceivable manner. You will hold the operators of this website, or anyone associated with this website harmless for any information you find herein.

You know and understand the laws in your country and state with regards to purchasing prescription medication and if you are required by law to have a valid prescription, you do.

To order the products or services from us you have to be at least 18 years of age.

Delivery of Goods
The goods are delivered by registered regular airmail and have to be signed upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received within due time, please contact us by submitting a support ticket and quoting your order number. If you do not have access to your order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date you made your order and we will attempt to track the order.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time to Australia is 5-15 days and to the UK and Europe it’s 3-10 days. In some rare cases your package may be delayed during the process of shipping, so if this happens please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. If you did not receive your package within 30 days and have not received a customs seizure letter either, please do let us know and we will provide you with further instructions.

Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 1-5 days once your credit card payment has been validated, excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one per day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via registered regular airmail only.

Order Cancellation
In case of the need to cancel an order, you will still be able to do so up to 12 hours after payment completion. Please send an email to [email protected] regarding your order cancellation, and include your order number, name and shipping address. If we don’t hear from you, your order will be fulfilled as normal.

Payments on augear.online
We accept worldwide credit cards as payment. As a company, we have no access to any of your credit card data. When your order is completed and you are ready to pay for it, you'll be automatically transferred to a separate external SSL secured (128 bit) server, where your credit card payment can be processed and immediately approved.

Non-disclosure
All personal information provided to the augear.online website will be handled accordingly by following European legislation. Any personal data of customers of augear.online cannot be disclosed to authorities of foreign countries, even upon the submission of an official request.

Claims & Refunds
If you have not received your order within 30 days and you haven’t received a seizure letter from customs, do let us know and we will provide you with further instructions. In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the customer, our company will replace it immediately after the incorrect goods have being returned to us. If returning items to us is not possible, we will make a full refund of your order. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to reship your order until you send us a scan or photo of their letter of seizure and any relevant documents to [email protected]

International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether the purchasing and importing of the pharmaceutical drugs are prohibited by local regulations in your area or country.
